At Godfreys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
